1. General Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 578ph ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using any part of the 578ph website, mobile application, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

578ph reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use a 578ph account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are physically located in the Philippines when accessing the platform.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list, whether imposed by 578ph or another recognised body.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not acting on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of 578ph or any associated company.

One account per person. Each individual may hold only one active 578ph account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a violation of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, 578ph reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

KYC Verification. Before withdrawals can be processed, you are required to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID. This process is in place to protect both you and the integrity of the platform. 578ph may also request additional documentation at any time as part of our ongoing compliance obligations.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All financial transactions on 578ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion applied by the platform — what you deposit in pesos is what is credited to your balance in pesos.

Accepted deposit methods currently include GCash, Maya, Philippine bank transfer, and online banking. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for deposits or wagering on 578ph. The list of available methods may be updated from time to time.

Minimum and maximum transaction amounts apply and are displayed at the time of deposit or withdrawal. These amounts may vary depending on the payment method selected and are subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawal processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be completed and approved.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available balance after any applicable wagering requirements are met.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must be consistent with the method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by 578ph support.
• 578ph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request.

Processing times vary by payment method. 578ph is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank, e-wallet provider, or other external factors beyond our control.

Dormant accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. 578ph will notify you before any administrative fees are applied to a dormant balance. Please review the full dormancy policy available from our support team.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Offers

578ph may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, or other promotional benefits to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be clearly stated on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.

General conditions that apply to all promotional offers on 578ph unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus offers are intended for personal use only and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• 578ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where possible, reasonable notice will be given.
• If a player is found to have abused a promotional offer — including by registering multiple accounts or manipulating game play to meet wagering requirements artificially — the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

5. Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

578ph is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such incident must be reported to support immediately.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Using another person's account, payment method, or identity on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward other players or 578ph staff.

578ph employs monitoring systems to detect irregular activity. Where suspicious behaviour is identified, we reserve the right to place a temporary hold on the account and any pending withdrawals while an investigation is conducted. Players will be notified of any action taken against their account where legally permissible.

Game integrity. All games on the 578ph platform are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) for non-live games, and professional live dealers for live casino games. 578ph does not manipulate game outcomes, and all results are final once confirmed by the system or dealer.

6. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 578ph account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number or email address. 578ph will never ask you to share your password through any channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 578ph support immediately. We will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation. However, 578ph cannot be held liable for losses that occur as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure.

The platform uses SSL encryption across all pages and transactions to protect data in transit. OTP verification is applied to logins and certain transaction types as an additional layer of security. These measures are in place to protect you, but their effectiveness depends on you also taking reasonable care on your end — such as not using shared devices for your gaming account, and not clicking on unverified links claiming to be from 578ph.

578ph is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where the access was made possible by your own actions or negligence.

7. Responsible Gaming

578ph takes responsible gaming seriously. Online gaming is intended to be a form of entertainment, and the platform is designed to support players in keeping it that way. Gaming should never be used as a way to generate income or to recover financial losses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 578ph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of data, funds, or gaming progress resulting from technical issues, system maintenance, or connectivity problems.
• Losses arising from delays in transaction processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Actions taken by third parties that affect your account, where those actions resulted from your own failure to secure your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits 578ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

578ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms have been breached.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• The account holder no longer meets the eligibility criteria for platform use.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any withdrawal requests may be held until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting 578ph support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed subject to the completion of any pending transactions and verification of any outstanding balance.

11. Changes to These Terms

578ph may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable laws, or our operating practices. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date noted at the top.
